Introduction of Code for construction and acceptance of clean room

The code consists of 17 chapters and 8 technical appendices. Presents the main content, of which building structure is for the first time listed as an independent chapter for a national standard in the clean room field, conformation with relevant international standards, problems about the definition of clean room static state, minimum sampling volume and air-tightness standard etc., adoption examples of domestic research accomplishments, and then the acceptance system.
